🕒 Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
📌 Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
In its original condition
Unused
In the original packaging
Custom-made items are produced specifically for each order, but they may still qualify for a return if unused and in original condition.
Our support team will guide you through the process.
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.
In those cases, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
💳 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
🖼️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Email us within 7 days of delivery
Include photos of the item and packaging
We will send you a replacement free of charge.
